Expect the weather during the days to be low 80s F, getting a slightly cooler at night to the low 70s F. There is rarely any rain, and the water is pleasantly warm for swimming!

The ceremony will be both inside and outside The Holy Church of Saint Spyridon. The reception will take place outdoors at Capari Suites.

Welcome Drinks & Dinner will be an all-white affair. From white dresses and suits to relaxed linen sets, feel free to dress it up or keep it effortless—whatever feels most comfortable to you.

For our wedding day, we ask that guests dress summer formal. Think floor-length dresses in fun colors or playful patterns, while men are welcome to wear whichever suit feels best—classic dark tailoring, lighter neutrals, or linen all work beautifully. In addition to your wedding attire, pack bathing suits, cover-ups, linen pieces, sandals, and a light sweater. The island is very casual and laid-back.

Capari Suites can accommodate a few guests. There are also several nearby hotels and many Airbnbs on Elafonisos—see the Accommodations page for recommended options and approximate distances. If you’d like help booking or further recommendations, please reach out to us and we can assist.

While most places on the Island take credit card and Apple Pay, we recommending carrying around some Euros just in case!
