We met in October of 2021, while Alyssa was in PA school and George was in law school. From the very beginning, something just clicked—within the first week, George managed to take Alyssa on five dates in seven days! It didn’t take long for both of us to realize this was something truly special.


Since then, life has been full of milestones and adventures. We’ve both graduated from grad school, moved into our first apartment together in New York City, and welcomed our sweet puppy into our little family. Our days off are often spent strolling through Central Park, exploring new restaurants, or chasing our pup around the dog park.


In December of 2024, George made the next big step in our story. Knowing how much Alyssa’s family means to her, he not only asked her dad for permission, but also her three brothers—a gesture that meant the world to her. He planned the proposal during a walk at one of Alyssa’s favorite spots, where she had countless memories of walking her family’s dogs. With her pup Buc by her side, George got down on one knee. The night followed with a celebration with close family and friends, a special night full of memories.


In August of 2025, George brought Alyssa to his family’s village in Greece for the first time—a place where he had spent every summer growing up. Just a 15-minute drive away is the beautiful island of Elafonisos, where turquoise waters and golden beaches create the backdrop of so many of George’s childhood memories. It was there, surrounded by the magic of the island, that we chose our wedding venue —a place that now holds meaning for both of us, and one we cannot wait to share with all of you.


What started as a whirlwind week of dates has grown into a lifetime love story, and we can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter with you in Greece!
